Lazrak Real Estate

Lazrak Real Estate is an established agency in Casablanca operating in premium residential and rental investment segments. The commercial challenge is typical of Moroccan real estate: differentiate in a saturated digital market where dominant portals (Mubawab, Avito, Sarouty) capture most searches, while showcasing premium human support that justifies exclusive mandates.

The strategy had to address two audiences: buyers/renters in active search, who want powerful filtering tools and rich property sheets; and owner-sellers, whom we must convince to entrust an exclusive mandate to the agency. On the SEO side, stakes are capturing highly competitive local searches ('apartment for sale Casablanca', 'villa Anfa') despite portal dominance.

I developed a WordPress site with a custom real estate plugin adapted to Moroccan market specifics: local property types (riad, villa, apartment, land), consistent measurement units, Casablanca neighborhood management (Anfa, Maarif, Bourgogne, Bouskoura), and transaction types (sale, rental, long-term rental).

The search experience rests on advanced filters (price, area, number of rooms, neighborhood, property type) with AJAX updates without reload, interactive Google Maps with clickable markers, immersive photo galleries, and 360° virtual tours. The back-office lets agents quickly publish listings, with automatic distribution to partner portals via API. Local SEO is aggressive: neighborhood-dedicated pages, RealEstateListing structured data, editorial content around prized Casablanca sectors, Google Business Profile optimization, and a local backlink strategy.

Delivered: a WordPress site with a custom real estate plugin adapted to the Moroccan market (property types, Casablanca neighborhoods, transaction types), AJAX filtered search, an interactive Google Maps view, 360° virtual tours, automatic listing distribution to partner portals and RealEstateListing markup. The site is still live at lazrak.ma.

The custom plugin avoids forcing the catalog into a generic real estate model designed for other markets. Dedicated neighborhood pages and editorial content about Casablanca's districts target local searches such as 'apartment for sale Casablanca' or 'villa Anfa'. For the agency, fast publishing and automatic distribution remove double data entry between the site and the portals, and detailed listings present sellers' properties in full.
