Creation of a WordPress showcase and portfolio site for a consultant in Casablanca, optimized for local SEO in Morocco to generate qualified leads in the B2B consulting sector.

Challenge

Nahed Rachad is a senior B2B strategy consultant based in Casablanca, specializing in supporting Moroccan industrial SMEs. Her challenge was simple to state but demanding to execute: transform offline credibility built over fifteen years of assignments into a magnetic digital presence capable of generating qualified leads without resorting to paid advertising.

The previous site, generic and aging, reflected neither the premium positioning nor the sector expertise. We needed to tell a journey, structure a sometimes abstract consulting offer, demonstrate client results without breaching confidentiality, and above all capture local Casablanca searches like 'strategy consultant Morocco' or 'industrial SME consulting'. The stakes: convert demanding executives into concrete meeting requests.

Solution

I designed a fully custom WordPress site with minimalist editorial design that lets content breathe and showcases professional photography. The architecture revolves around four pillars: career and values presentation, detailed consulting offers structured by sector, anonymized case studies with quantified results, and an expertise blog feeding long-term SEO.

Mobile-first navigation naturally guides visitors toward the qualifying contact form. I integrated an online booking system (Calendly), Person and LocalBusiness structured data for local SEO, and aggressive Core Web Vitals optimization (Lighthouse score > 95). The site is multilingual FR/EN with hreflang, and the SEO strategy targets high-commercial-intent keywords in the Casablanca-Settat region.

Results

Within four months, the site generated +25% qualified contact requests through the form, with a 4.2% visitor-to-prospect conversion rate. Google rankings on local B2B queries progressed strongly, placing Nahed Rachad in the top 3 on several key expressions in Casablanca.

The digital brand image caught up with offline reputation, opening opportunities with large accounts that wouldn't have been accessible via word-of-mouth. The site became a genuine commercial asset that pre-qualifies prospects and shortens the sales cycle.
