Challenge
Build a complete Moroccan marketplace enabling local merchants and artisans to sell online with a non-technical-friendly interface, while providing buyers with a smooth experience and national delivery. Non-standard tech stack: Django (backend) + Flutter (mobile), without a mainstream CMS.
Solution
Marketplace platform development in Django with a dedicated vendor back-office — inventory, catalog, orders and promotions management. Flutter mobile application for buyers (iOS and Android). REST API connecting web, mobile and logistics partners. Multi-gateway payment integration: card, CMI and cash on delivery. Real-time order tracking system.
