🤝 B2B Commercial Partnership

What if your next web project became a commercial partnership?

Are you a company, distributor, merchant or business provider in Morocco? For eligible projects, we explore a mixed payment model: a primary monetary fee combined with an agreed commercial counterpart (useful products, services or store credit).

How does mixed payment work?

The Partner Program is neither a discount coupon nor an informal barter. It is a formalized business agreement where your company provides concrete assets in exchange for part of our development work.

💎

1. Real value preserved

Your web project is quoted at its true market value. Both parties know exactly the scope and deliverables agreed upon.

🛡️

2. Cash flow optimization

By covering 20% to 30% of the project through your products or services, you reduce your direct cash outlay.

⚡

3. Identical quality standards

You get full professional standards: clean documented code, mobile responsiveness, technical SEO and post-launch support.

Practical illustrative example

Consider a company launching a professional website or standard e-commerce store with a total budget of 10,000 MAD:

  • • The cash portion (8,000 MAD) is paid in standard instalments (40% deposit, 40% approved mockup, 20% launch).
  • • The counterpart (2,000 MAD) is delivered as agreed (equipment, furniture, or verified credit).
  • • The written agreement details every item before any commitment.

Indicative breakdown

Total web service value: 10 000 MAD
Monetary portion (80%): 8 000 MAD
Agreed counterpart (20%): 2 000 MAD
Net cash outlay: 8,000 MAD
Total delivered value: 10,000 MAD

Operating in a different industry or business sector?

No industry is excluded in principle: from retail and trade to manufacturing, B2B services, construction or agriculture. I am open to any serious proposal offering genuine utility and transparent valuation based on invoices or official market rates.

Commercial rules & safeguards

To ensure a transparent and sustainable relationship, the following principles apply strictly:

1. Mandatory monetary share (70–80%)

No project is built 100% in kind. Cash is required to support dedicated development hours and infrastructure.

2. Documented fair valuation

The counterpart is valued based on verifiable market price or official invoices, without artificial inflation.

3. Initial deposit before work

Work only begins after quote approval, formalization of terms, and settlement of the initial cash deposit.

4. Full code ownership

Upon final delivery and settlement of mutual commitments, you obtain 100% access credentials and complete code ownership.

Frequently asked questions

Can I fund 100% of my web project with products or services?▾
No. The standard model requires a primary monetary payment (70% to 80% minimum) to cover direct development and infrastructure expenses. The commercial counterpart (20% to 30% maximum) is complementary and requires prior written approval.
What kinds of products or services are acceptable?▾
I am open to proposals from any industry and business sector: office furniture, IT and electronics, media gear, vehicle and mobility services, commercial printing, hospitality, training, appliances, tools, store credits, or any useful goods and services with verifiable market value.
How is the value of the commercial counterpart determined?▾
Valuation is based on verified fair market value (standard public price without artificial markup). Terms of warranty, delivery and handover are agreed upon prior to signature.
Are vouchers or store credits accepted?▾
Yes, subject to a review of their terms: minimum validity period (12 months recommended), no restrictive constraints, and guaranteed availability of the partner’s catalog.
Is a monetary deposit required before work begins?▾
Yes. As with any professional development project, an initial monetary deposit (usually 40% of the cash portion) is settled before discovery and coding start.
Which web projects are eligible for the Partner Program?▾
The program applies to professional showcase websites, e-commerce stores (WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify), and custom web applications with an overall budget generally starting at an indicative threshold of 6,000 MAD.
How are invoicing and accounting handled?▾
The project is formally invoiced in accordance with applicable Moroccan commercial and tax regulations. Valuation, counterpart delivery terms and accounting records are documented through a clear prior written agreement.
Is the partnership guaranteed once the form is submitted?▾
No. Submitting the form is an initial commercial proposal. You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 business hours, followed by a thorough review of your proposal within 24 to 48 business hours. Counterparts remain subject to utility validation and mutual written agreement. If not retained, a standard monetary quote is provided with zero obligation.
