BioOfficine

A mobile application and administration interface designed to optimize sales management and commercial tracking for the BioOfficine brand.

Challenge

Develop for BioOfficine, a Moroccan natural-health brand distributed through pharmacies and parapharmacies, a complete digital sales-management system. Field reps visit their points of sale daily to take orders, verify stock and showcase new products — work historically tracked on paper or spreadsheets, a source of errors, delays and blind spots for sales management.

The challenge: equip reps with a robust mobile app usable on the move, sometimes in low-connectivity zones, and give the sales manager a back-office consolidating sales, stock and KPIs in real time. Constraints: a demanding pharmacy environment (rigour, traceability), reps not all digitally fluent, and a need for immediate performance visibility to adjust strategy.

Solution

I built a dedicated mobile app for sales reps and an administrative back-office for the sales manager. The field app supports order capture directly at the client site (pharmacy or parapharmacy), browsing of the product catalogue with visuals and technical sheets, and updates to point-of-sale information (contact, history, preferences).

The system handles sales tracking and real-time stock management — every order entered is reflected instantly in the back-office and feeds the management dashboards. The manager sees overall revenue, broken down by rep, product, geographic zone, plus anticipated stockouts and comparative performance over rolling periods.

Advanced features were integrated: route planning, segment performance analysis, alerts on underperformance or overstock, accounting exports. The interface was designed for fast adoption by non-technical reps, with an offline-first capture mode that syncs as soon as connectivity returns.

Results

An efficient digital solution that transformed BioOfficine's sales management. Rep productivity rose thanks to the removal of redundant manual entry and the direct mobile access to catalogue and customer history.

Stock management became precise and continuous, eliminating unexpected stockouts and expensive overstock. The manager now has a clear, real-time view of sales, revenue and key indicators, which has strengthened operational control and decision quality.

The system also provides actionable commercial memory to fine-tune product strategy, identify top reps and high-potential territories, and smooth relationships with partner pharmacies.
