Tifa Scarf - PrestaShop Luxury Scarves & Hijabs E-Commerce in Morocco

High-end PrestaShop e-commerce store for elegant scarves and hijabs in Morocco, evolved from a viral Instagram brand into an automated trilingual shopping platform (Arabic, French, English) with automated Sendit courier dispatch, Cash on Delivery (COD) and WhatsApp orders.

Challenge

Tifa Scarf began as a thriving Instagram boutique, where its visionary founder built a passionate community celebrating sophisticated scarves, premium hijabs, and elegant modest fashion. Rapidly escalating order volumes handled exclusively through manual Direct Messages (DMs) quickly generated operational bottlenecks: countless hours spent transcribing customer details, shipping delays, and risk of dispatch errors.

The challenge: engineer a custom, high-performance PrestaShop storefront that automates the entire order journey - from an intuitive trilingual checkout (with native Right-to-Left Arabic layout) to automated real-time dispatch into the Sendit courier fulfillment network, while catering to Moroccan shopping habits (Cash on Delivery and 1-click WhatsApp purchasing).

Solution

Custom development of a luxury PrestaShop online store featuring a refined, mobile-first aesthetic highlighting product craftsmanship and luxurious textures (silk, chiffon, crepe, modal).

Comprehensive trilingual infrastructure (Arabic, French, English) featuring seamless Right-to-Left (RTL) layout switching and localized typographic styling, ensuring an intuitive browsing experience across all languages.

Automated logistics integration with Sendit courier: every confirmed order on PrestaShop is automatically dispatched to the Sendit logistics platform via API (automatic waybill generation, rapid parcel labeling, and real-time shipment tracking synchronization for buyers).

Frictionless checkout crafted for Moroccan consumers: simplified ordering with Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as an integrated 1-click WhatsApp shopping assistant pre-filling the chosen scarf reference and delivery location.

Performance & SEO engineering: WebP image pipeline, dynamic server caching, and structured data schemas (Product, Offer, BreadcrumbList) for multilingual organic search visibility.

Results

PrestaShop store delivered and still online at tifascarf.com, taking the brand from manual selling in Instagram direct messages to an autonomous checkout flow.

The main gain is operational. Before the project, every order meant manually copying customer details out of an Instagram DM, with the address errors and delivery delays that entails. The API link with carrier Sendit removes that step entirely: the shipping label is created automatically at checkout and the tracking number is sent back to the customer with no manual intervention.

The store is trilingual - Arabic, French and English - with full RTL switching for the Arabic version, handled natively rather than through simple CSS mirroring. The checkout respects Moroccan habits: cash on delivery and a WhatsApp ordering option pre-filled with the selected scarf model, for customers who still prefer a conversation over a form.

Cross-selling on accessories (magnetic pins, gift boxes), WebP imagery, server-side caching and Schema.org Product, Offer and BreadcrumbList structured data for fashion and scarf queries in Morocco.
