Challenge

Adapt Petit Bateau's digital presence — an iconic French children's fashion brand with over a century of history — to the Moroccan market, through its local subsidiary operating both e-commerce and physical boutiques in Casablanca (Morocco Mall, Casa Maarif).

The challenges were multiple and demanding: French/Arabic localization with proper RTL reading direction, omnichannel integration with physical stores for stock and promotion synchronization, mandatory CMI payment to serve Moroccan cardholders, national delivery covering the entire kingdom — all while keeping the international brand's premium visual identity absolutely intact and validated by the France headquarters teams.
