The Moroccan real estate market is still dominated by artisanal practices: shared Excel spreadsheets, paper folders, WhatsApp customer tracking, and chronic information loss between agents. For this growing agency in Casablanca, data fragmentation made any consolidated view of the mandate portfolio, sales pipeline, and individual performance impossible.
The challenge was to design a true digital backbone: centralize property management, exclusive mandates, and prospects, automate follow-ups and multichannel listing distribution, while respecting the specifics of the Moroccan market (simple vs. exclusive mandates, shared commissions, FR/AR multilingual support). The solution had to replace several disparate tools with a single SaaS platform, available 24/7, with fine-grained role management and full traceability.

Development of a SaaS application in PHP/Laravel for the complete management of real estate agencies in Morocco: property management, clients, and task automation.

I designed and developed a custom SaaS application with PHP/Laravel, built around a real-time dashboard and a relational database optimized for hundreds of thousands of property records. The architecture follows a modular logic: Properties module with geolocation (Google Maps) and media gallery, integrated CRM module for prospect tracking, Mandates module with electronic contract management, Reporting module for per-agent performance.
I implemented an automated notification system (email + SMS) triggering follow-ups and alerts based on configurable business rules. Multi-portal distribution (Avito, Mubawab, Sarouty) is handled via an export API. Security relies on strong authentication, detailed audit logs, and daily encrypted backups. The responsive bilingual interface was designed for fast adoption by non-technical agents without heavy training.
