Bouquets.ma - Web project Morocco
E-commerce PrestaShop UX Design

Bouquets.ma

Creation of a PrestaShop e-commerce site for a florist in Casablanca. A project optimized for local SEO, web performance, and a smooth purchasing journey (UX) for flower delivery in Morocco.

Challenge

Casablanca's online flower market is saturated and competitive: several historic players, generalist marketplaces, and very high customer expectations around urgency (birthdays, condolences, corporate events) and visual quality. Bouquets.ma had to stand out with a clear promise: guaranteed freshness, express delivery across Greater Casablanca, and an emotional purchasing experience.

Constraints were numerous: managing delivery zones with differentiated pricing (Maarif, Anfa, Bouskoura, Mohammedia), offering tight time slots, integrating personalized messages with greeting cards, anticipating seasonal peaks (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) without technical collapse, and delivering flawless product visuals for a product where purchase is emotion-driven.

Solution

I deployed a PrestaShop store with a fully custom theme, showcasing bouquets full-page with immersive gallery and high-res zoom. I developed specific modules for mapped delivery zone management (Google Maps integration), dynamic fee calculation by postal code and time, and two-hour delivery slot selection.

The purchasing journey was optimized for mobile conversion: single-page checkout, secure CMI payment, personalized message options with card choice, confirmation photo sent to the buyer. Images are served in WebP with lazy-loading, and full-page caching absorbs traffic spikes. Local SEO targets 'flower delivery Casablanca', 'birthday bouquet Morocco' with Product and LocalBusiness structured data, plus an occasion-driven content strategy.

Results

PrestaShop store delivered for express flower delivery across Greater Casablanca.

The value of the project came down to logistics more than to the catalogue. Delivery zones - Maarif, Anfa, Bouskoura, Mohammedia - are mapped through Google Maps, with dynamic fee calculation by postcode and time of day, and two-hour delivery slot selection. For a product bought under time pressure, for a birthday or for condolences, the delivery slot is a sales argument at least as strong as the bouquet itself.

The journey was built for mobile, where most of the traffic comes from: one-page checkout, secure CMI payment, personalised message with greeting card selection, and a confirmation photo sent to the buyer after delivery. That last feature is the only proof available to someone sending flowers remotely who will never see the delivered bouquet.

Seasonal peaks at Valentine's Day and Mother's Day were handled without technical incident, the full-page cache and lazy-loaded WebP imagery having been sized for them from the design stage.

Local SEO targets "livraison fleurs Casablanca" and "bouquet anniversaire Maroc", with Product and LocalBusiness structured data.
