MILA House of Roses - Web project Morocco
Flowers Luxury E-commerce PrestaShop International

MILA House of Roses

Moroccan brand specialising in preserved rose boxes and arrangements, grown in Ecuador then stabilised to last without maintenance - a luxury gift solution for both private individuals and corporate clients, with presence in multiple countries worldwide.

Challenge

Launch a luxury e-commerce store for MILA Maison des Roses - preserved roses grown in Ecuador, stabilized to last several years without maintenance, sold as luxury gifts to an extended international audience (France, Morocco, USA, Europe).

The challenge was threefold: a design impeccably reflecting the luxury positioning and product emotion, complex catalog management (multiple box sizes, dozens of rose colors, customizable compositions, engravings), and multi-country logistics with currency management, languages and customs constraints specific to preserved flowers exported by air freight.

Solution

PrestaShop development with a fully custom premium theme, designed around a minimalist visual identity and ultra-polished product photography. Advanced product variant management modules (box size, rose color, composition, personalized lid engraving) with dynamic price calculation based on selected options.

Deep international SEO optimization: dedicated pages specifically targeting France, Morocco and USA markets, with hreflang, local currencies, and descriptions adapted to cultural uses (universal Valentine's Day but staggered Mother's Day between markets). Product pages with high-resolution WebP-optimized photography, unboxing videos, verified customer reviews.

Logistics adapted to multiple markets with automatic currency management (EUR, MAD, USD), differentiated international shipping options, and integration of a transactional platform for multi-country payment. Live at milaroses.com with a unified back-office for centralized stock and global order management.

Results

International store delivered and still in production at milaroses.com, with a unified back office centralising stock and orders across all served markets.

The PrestaShop foundation handles the complex variants specific to the product - box size, rose colour, arrangement, personalised lid engraving - with dynamic price calculation based on the selected options. This product modelling, more than the design work, accounted for most of the technical effort: every combination has to stay consistent in both stock and pricing.

Multi-currency handling (EUR, MAD, USD), per-market hreflang and descriptions adapted to local cultural habits allow France, Morocco and the United States to be served from a single base. That last point is less trivial than it sounds: Mother's Day falls on different dates by market, which shifts commercial peaks and campaign scheduling entirely.

The brand team manages the catalogue independently, without recurring technical intervention, and this scalable base later supported the national variants deployed without structural rework.
