Oscar Sleep wanted to disrupt the traditional bedding market by selling their premium mattress exclusively online - no physical network, no intermediary - with a shopping experience inspired by leading direct-to-consumer brands (Casper, Emma). The main challenge was convincing buyers accustomed to testing mattresses physically to purchase online, and clearly communicating the value proposition: 4 layers of high-resilience foam, memory foam and latex, risk-free 100-night trial, compressed box delivery, and 10-year warranty.

I developed the Oscar Sleep e-commerce website on PrestaShop, with an architecture focused on conversion and reassurance. The purchase journey is streamlined to the maximum: a single product reference, size selection, add to cart and payment in 3 clicks. Dedicated sections explain the 4-layer technology, compressed box delivery process, and 100-night return policy. Verified customer testimonials and a Press section reinforce the brand's credibility. A seasonal promotion banner is placed at the top of the page to immediately capture visitor attention.

Oscar Sleep succeeded in selling mattresses exclusively online, with a high conversion rate thanks to the risk-free 100-night trial. The 'Why Oscar?' section significantly reduced objections from hesitant buyers. The simple return policy - free home collection - reassured first-time buyers and generated positive word-of-mouth.
