Prima Style Maroc - Fashion & Ready-to-Wear E-commerce Boutique

Prima Style Maroc wanted to digitalise their fashion boutique and reach a national customer base beyond their physical store. The challenge was creating an online shop that builds trust and triggers impulse purchases in the fashion sector - a domain where visual experience is paramount. Managing a dynamic catalogue (Women, Men, Children, Accessories) with variable stock, multiple sizes, and attractive seasonal promotions (Valentine's Day, Eid, back-to-school) was also key.

I developed Prima Style Maroc on WooCommerce with an elegant design that showcases the collections. The catalogue is organised into four universes (Women, Men, Children, Accessories) with filters by size, colour, and price. Seasonal promotions are highlighted via dynamic slider banners and -20%, -30%, -40% badges. Stock management by variant (size/colour) is automated. Cash on delivery - highly preferred in Morocco - is integrated as the primary payment option to maximise conversions.

Delivered: a WooCommerce store organized into four universes (Women, Men, Kids, Accessories) with size, color and price filters, automated stock management per variant, promotional banners and discount badges, and cash on delivery as the main payment option.

The goal of the project was to let Prima Style Maroc sell beyond its physical store to customers across Morocco. Cash on delivery was put front and center because it is the payment method Moroccan shoppers expect, and the promotions system lets the team launch its own seasonal campaigns (Valentine's Day, Eid, back to school).
